How to Post Property Advertisement
To place an ad, you have to login (If not registered yet then please sign-up here, it is FREE)

So just login, using your username and password (you can also change your password in your profile).

After that, click on Add New Property button/link. It will take you to "Create Property Ad" page.

Enter/select relevant property detail.

In property detail you can select appropriate "Advertisement Type" and "Property Type". Depending upon what you have chosen relevant fields will be displayed where you can enter values. But you cannot add "New Advertisement Type" or "New Property Type".

When you change "Advertisement Type" or "Property Type" then it may take sometime to load relevant fields, a moving red circular image wait... is displayed to show that it is working to load fields. Wait till that image disappears.

If your city or locality doesn't exist then you can also add new city or locality during ad creation i.e. select "Add New City or Locality" in city or locality list for that.

Click on "Save" button to save your new ad. If everything is fine then it will take you to successful ad message, where you can read some important info. An email will also be sent to you regarding new ad. If you don't receive email then it means that you will also not receive any messages which other users will send regarding your advertisement. Here are possible reasons and solutions:

1. Your email address is incorrect - Solution - In your profile (Update my Profile link) update your email address.
2. Emails either delivered to spam/bulk folder or not delivered to your account - Solution - add support@pinjra.com, enquiry@pinjra.com, alert@pinjra.com to your contacts list.

On successful ad message page, click on "View Newly Advertisement Detail" link and verify details like price etc.

You can correct or enter more detail by simply editing your ad, click on "Edit" link on top of your advertisement.
You can also add property photos.
You can also mark your property on map.

If you have number of properties then you can create ad for each, simply click on "Advertise Similar Property" link, it will take you create new ad page but all the information will be filled automatically from that ad, so that you don't have to enter again, just modify like price, area, location etc as needed and click on "Save" button.
